Hertha BSC - die 100 wichtigsten Spiele

Michael Jahn (Jahrgang 1952) war über 30 Jahre als Sportredakteur für die "Berliner Zeitung" tätig, für die er noch heute als freier Mitarbeiter eine wöchentliche Kolumne zu Hertha BSC schreibt. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Bücher über Hertha BSC. Im Arete Verlag hat er eine Biografie über den Schweizer Fußball-Trainer Lucien Favre veröffentlicht.

Auch wenn die sportliche Gegenwart eher trist ist: Hertha BSC hat in der 130-jährigen Geschichte seit der Gründung im Juli 1892 zahlreiche große und wichtige Spiele absolviert. Dazu zählen natürlich vor allem die sechs Endspiele in Folge um die Deutsche Meisterschaft, die drei - eigentlich vier - DFB-Pokalendspiele, die Halbfinalspiele im UEFA-Cup und die Champions League-Auftritte in der Saison 1999/2000. Daneben gibt es aber auch Skandal-, Rekord- und Nebelspiele und allerlei andere Kuriositäten, die in die Fußballgeschichte eingegangen sind. Bei allen Hochs und Tiefs - eines war die Alte Dame nie: langweilig.Michael Jahn, der über 500 Spiele als Hertha-Reporter live im Stadion erlebt hat, stellt die aus seiner Sicht 100 wichtigsten Spiele der Vereinsgeschichte mit einem kurzen Bericht, der Aufstellung und sonstigen Besonderheiten vor.
