I have heard people say that the main reason they want to work from home is that they can only work when they want to work. It is true that if you work from home, you can set your own working hours, but that does NOT mean that you do not need to have set working hours.

You need to make a work plan for yourself if you work from home and then you need to enforce that work plan for yourself and insist that your family and friends also stick to your work plan
