What causes this restlessness? Well, the ever-altering world around us! The world which is a fast-paced one, where we are forced to participate in the rat race that no one ever wins. As a result, we are left feeling overwhelmed, when all we want is peace and calm. Peace and calm are hard to come by when the inner spheres of the mind are pulsating with frenzied musings. Interestingly, for many of us, fables, myths, legends, and folklores become the source of a much-needed respite from the turbulent domain that we live in.
