Marquis Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award (2018). Alisa Moldavanova, Ph.D. (University of Kansas, 2013) is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration in the Political Science Department at Wayne State University. Her research areas include public and nonprofit management, inter-organizational collaboration, comparative civil society, and ethics and sustainability studies. Svitlana Krasynska, Ph.D. (University of San Diego, 2018) is Vice President and Co-Founder of Volya Institute for Contemporary Law and Society. Her research focuses on civil society in Eastern Europe, informal civic engagement, transnational activism on social media, and social enterprise.
