This is an era of Globalization where English Language has widespread recognition in trade and industry. There is a tough competition in all the sectors that's why it is very difficult for the professionals to sustain and excel without the knowledge of English Language in the business world. English Language is an instrument for the comprehensive transformation of a society, its influence can be detected in every aspect of life. Many researchers had worked on English Language and observed - importance of English in corporate world.English plays a vital role in the uplifting and stimulating culture of an organization by enhancing self- confidence through better customer interaction and growth strategy, it also affects belief, attitude, and values of an employee. As of now, the future of English Language in India and the world stands inevitable. English Language expertise has also been growing among banking and finance professionals. And in the coming years, the demand of the English Language would be burgeoning in the corporate milieu.
