Women’s entrepreneurship

Graduado en Administración en agosto de 2020 en la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul - Campus Aquidauana. Es licenciada en Lenguas - Portugués y Literatura por la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (2013). Tiene experiencia en educación especial, espíritu empresarial e innovación (cooperación tecnológica), producción de textos.

The book is a research carried out with blind or/and visually impaired women that they undertake in the State of Mato do Sul. These women have overcome their difficulties and limitations and set an example of life and overcoming them. For me a dream come true, a conquest. The research showed that the ISMAC Institute does important work with the visually impaired, which was emphasized by blind and entrepreneurial women such as: safe harbor, empowerment, extension of my home; it was also placed as an open door, that is, opportunities that these women have when they achieve their autonomy through the support received by ISMAC Institute professionals; beating heart which is a positive factor since many, when faced with the dilemma of blindness, think it is the end. However, when people arrive at the Institute, they realize that they are not alone and begin to accept themselves and live again; this is the support they need to live more and better. Thank you women warriors You showed me that you don't need eyes to see.
