Balance is defined as the ability to maintain an upright posture during static and dynamic tasks, which requires complex interactions between peripheral and central factors such as vision, somatosensation, vestibular sensation, motor output, and musculature.The objective was to study the effect of Proprioceptive training exercise or Vestibular training exercise on balance in asymptomatic elderly. The method used for asymptomatic elders are Proprioceptive training and Vestibular training for improving balance in lower limbs. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is an exercise based program for reducing the symptoms of disequilibrium and dizziness associated with vestibular impairment.
