It's time to reinvent organizations: pyramidal authored enterprises, primarily based on suspicion and control, have to change, and profit- and efficiency-driven companies misemphasizing the individual human being, as well. Frederick Laloux, the author of "Reinventing organizations", describes corporate structures, where the responsibility on smaller units will be relocated, where highly motivated employees experience their work as meaningful and self led to take responsibility. Isn't that something, also ecclesiastical, and social institutions might learn? And doesn't such a vision lead us to a deeper self understanding of the Church: a community of inspired people in ministry. It's the synodal structure, which must correspond to the constitutional trinitarian dimension of the Church, an impetus for all those who are partaking in leadership in the Church."The church's peak is below the base of an upside down pyramid" (Pope Francis). The Church does not need to reinvent her organization, but has to remind the own essential principles and to implement them in its organizational life.
