Dr. Bala Krishna Rao Dabbir graduated BV.Sc in 1968 from the college of veterinary science Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He worked as a junior research officer in the dept. of Zoology from 1969-70. He joined in the dept. of animal husbandry in 1970 and served up to 2003. He obtained M.V.Sc in Veterinary Pharmacology.
