The present 2nd part of "Radar monitoring of natural and anthropogenic hazardous phenomena" monograph is a specially arranged review of the results from scientific and applied engineering developments directed to detection and diagnosis of natural and anthropogenically originated hazardous phenomena by means of different active and passive radar systems designated for operational Earth remote sensing and placed on the man-made Earth satellites and aircrafts. The book covers wide range of scientific-methodical issues pertaining to remote sensing diagnostic of soils underfloodings, subsurface spontaneous peat ignitions manifestations identification, diagnosing of desert areas sources of Aeolian raising dust in the atmosphere and oil spreading in a problem of radar multiangle diagnostics of sea surface pollutions. The book is intended for experts in applications and development of the remote sensing of the earth resources. It is also suitable for those concerned with meteorology, oceanology, natural environment, geoecology and radiophysics; and may be of great benefit in professional training in the areas of the aforementioned activities.
