The book's authors agree to publish in Macedonian, English and Chinese language versions. The central thesis in the research efforts divided into two chapters is whether the EU and China could be strategic partners and create a constructive world order. The first chapter is titled "e;Historical overview of strategic partnership."e; The authors state that the history of relations between the European Union and China represents an endless source of diverse analytic approaches and possibilities of creating appropriate evaluations and projections based on historical and actual happenings that concern both analysed subjects. Various literature depending on the authors' sources and affiliation, points out different approaches to analysing the historical retrospective of the relations between the European Union and China. These references cover various scientific fields from politics, geopolitics, and geostrategy to possibly the essential economic premises of their continuous cooperation process. The second chapter is titled "e;Strategic partnership through the lens of Geopolitics and Geoeconomics."e; Many scholars have researched the EU-China relation through the prism of international relations theories. Indeed, their works are based on realism, economic liberalism, and constructivist approaches, offering some visions for the next steps in that complicated relationship. This chapter aims to use the geopolitical and geoeconomic research methodology. The geopolitical, mainly critical geopolitical reasoning and geoeconomic influence from China, embodied by the Belt and Road Initiatives and cooperation mechanisms "e;17+1"e;, now "e;16+1,"e; are being examined after Lithuania quit initiative participation in 2021. This chapter analyses the initiative as "e;17 + 1."e; Both subjects of the analytical framework have had geopolitical and geoeconomic influences. In this chapter, the central thesis examines whether the two analysed issues contribute to the EU's geopolitical transformation and strengthening of the EU's unity or disunity?. a a Za c Ya Za a a c cs a sa c c a a e i a a a Zc a a e a aS "e;a e a "e;a e a se a a a 2016 a 11 28 i c a c Za Z c c a aSzcs "e; c a a a c i sa e a c c a "e;a a a cs a a a aSzi a a a a 40 a a a c a a i a a a c cs a a a a ze a a Z a i a e a Z a a --a a c c a - a e a a c a c S a a a c i cZ a a e a a e c 5 c a a a sa a a c a sc a c a e a a e a c Z --cs a aS a , a e a e a e e a e cs a e Ya Sa Sa a e a e a e a a Sa e a a c c a e a a cs e e i e a e Sa c a a a a cs a a aY eZ a a e e c a a a a Za e c c a cs c c e e a a a c a a a a a a a e a c a s a a a a a a i a a z a c Ye a a a a a a a c e a cs a a a a i Y a i a e a z a a e aS a sa cs a a i a zc a e a e e i sa a a a a e e i Ya c Ya a a e a a c a a a a c e a a c c a a e c i c c a a a a c eS a c a c e a "e; c a a a c cs aZ a a "e;a a e a i c Ya a a a e cs aZ a a c a e a a c a z a a e i a a a Sa a a z a e cs aZ a a c Ya za a a a e a cs e a a e a a e cs a es a z a c i a c c a a a z c Ya Za a a c cs aZ a a ze cs a a a e a a e c c a a a cs c a e aYYi a Z a a c a a c c a a a a e c a a cs aY c Za a c cs c c aY a Za e a a a e cs a c c i a a e e cs a a e c e a a S c Ya a a cs a c c e e cs a a i a c a a a a e a a z a a cs e a a c e a cs z a a e e e a z i eZ a cs c z a e a a cs c a aS aS a c a c cs e "e;a c a a c c Za e e a cs c a a a c "e;a e a sa e a Za e a c c e cs e a c c a a a c a a a za Si a a cs c c aY a ZcZ a za a a c Ze c a a a a z a a c e i a e c a a c cs a a c c a a a a a c a a c a c a a c c Zc c i a c e a a Z 2021 a a e a a e a Zi a e a "e;a a a e "e;a e a c eZ aY e a a e a c Z a a e a a "e;17+1"e;a a a i cZ a cs "e;16+1"e;i a a e cs a c i a e a e cs a c Z c a a c c Za a a a c a i a e e a z a "e;17+1"e; a a z z cs a a a e e a a c a a c c Za a a a c a i a a e c a a Ze Y e a a a z cs a e a aS a Z c Ycs a c e az a aS a c Ycs c Ya a c Ya a a a e a e a Zc e cZ a a c a a c a cs a c cS a a a a aS a a z c c Ya a a e a a e a cs a c c a a c a a a c a e i a c Ya a a s e a cs e i a a a e a "e;c c Y c za a "e;a e a cs a e a a e a e a e a a c a c a e a a c a Z"e; a aY e a e e a a "e;i a e c e c a e c "e;a c a Za a "e;i a a Sa sa e c "e;a a a a cs a c e "e;a "e;a c cs a c "e;a a i a Ye a a a a a cs e e a
