During the research work include synthesis of a series of new heterocyclic derivatives containing pentagonal and hexagonal rings and considering the applications of the heterocyclic compounds (Schiff base) of 5-Bromoisatin(Indole-2,3-dione) moiety, several entities have been designed, generated and characterized using spectral studies;their FTIR and some of them by (1H-NMR , 13C-NMR and HSQC spectra were recorded on near magnetic resonance Bruker in Germany)and measurements of some of its physical properties and also some specific reactions The details are as follows: -Synthesis of new structures of (1,2,4-triazoles, oxazoline and thiazoline) substituted with N-benzyl-5-bromo-[3-(Ethyl imino acetate)]-2-oxo indole. -Synthesis of new structures of sulphanilamide substituted with 5-bromo-[4-imino(phenyl-p-Sulfonylchloride)]-2-oxo indole. -Synthesis several derivatives like (pyridazine, oxazole and thiazole) bearing 5-bromo-[3-(Ethyl imino acetate)]-2-oxo indole. -Synthesis of new structures of 1,2,3-triazoles substituted with 5-bromo-[4-imino(p-aminophenyl)]-2-oxo indole. -Evaluate these new products for potential against different strains of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.
