Sun Drying is oldest method used for drying agricultural materials because sun is best energy source for under developed and developing countries. Solar dryers are most efficient dryers for developing countries due to costing. Recently many solar dryers developed worldwide with proper feasibility of different materials.Nowadays Photo voltaic and heat pump solar dryers are more efficient.
