Alexander Trost, Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Facharzt für Psychosomatische Medizin, systemischer Familientherapeut (DGSF-Lehrtherapeut) und Supervisor (DGSF), TZI-Lehrbeauftragter (RCI) und NLP-Master-Practitioner, ist in eigener Praxis, als Dozent und Autor tätig.
Anja von Kanitz ist geschäftsführende Redakteurin der TZI-Fachzeitschrift und tätig in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.
Mina Schneider-Landolf, Diplom-Psychologin, ist TZI-Lehrbeauftragte, Psychotherapeutin und Supervisorin in Berlin.
Dr. Jochen Spielmann arbeitet als Kunstwissenschaftler, Erwachsenenpädagoge, Supervisor und Coach DGSv in Berlin und an vielen Hochschulen. Er ist seit 2009 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Kompetenzzentrum Hochschuldidaktik für Niedersachsen an der TU Braunschweig. Seit 2007 Lehrbeauftragter für TZI des Ruth Cohn Institute for TCI International.

In the 40 years since Ruth C. Cohn developed theme-centered interaction (TCI), it has grown from an educational-therapeutic model to a comprehensive concept aimed at addressing personality development and group leadership.
