At present I am working at The H.H.F. as head coach of the Men's Hungarian "B" National Team and as a lecturer at The University of Eger. Beside these I am an expert of "Handball at School" programme at the I.H.F. Between 2010-2015 I was a trainer of the Men's Team of Hungary at the Olympic Games in London.
In my opinion sports at school are very important especially in the younger age categories. Handball can develop all skills of the motoric abilities, like co-ordination , and accuracy of movements. Various tests have proven that the movements of the sponge handball has a supportive effect on the development of movement co-ordination during the school years. This of course is possible if the training level is suitable for the specific given age group and the frequency can support the process of adaptation.
