The Early Solov¿ëv and His Quest for Metaphysics

The author of numerous articles on 19th and 20th century Russian philosophy, Thomas Nemeth has also contributed entries on Russian philosophy to philosophical encyclopedias and translated into English Gustav Shpet's 1914 treatise Appearance and Sense, which introduced Husserl's phenomenology to a Russian audience. His Gramsci's Philosophy: A Critical Study contrasted the Italian Marxist's historicism against Crocean idealism and Husserlian phenomenology.
