Die Akten des 25. Kongresses der Société de Linguistique Romane (Innsbruck 2007) enthalten die für den Druck angenommenen Beiträge aus den Bereichen: Mehrsprachigkeit, Sprachkontakt, Translation, Phonetik / Phonologie, Morphologie / Syntax, Lexikologie / Wortbildung, Semantik, Phraseologie, Onomastik, Sprachnormierung, Soziolinguistik, gesprochene / geschriebene Sprache, Pragmatik / Diskursanalyse, Textphilologie / diachrone Lexikographie. Gesondert enthalten sie ferner die Beiträge zum Rumänischen, zum Rätoromanischen, zum Sardischen, zum Französischen Kanadas und der USA sowie zu den romanisch basierten Kreolsprachen. Hinzu kommen Plenarvorträge und Runde Tische. Die in den romanischen Sprachen (Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch, Portugiesisch, Rumänisch) verfassten Beiträge bieten ein aktuelles Panorama der romanistischen Linguistik, ihrer gegenwärtigen Interessengebiete und Forschungsschwerpunkte sowie neueste bibliographische Information.
The published proceedings, collected in seven volumes, contain the contributions accepted for publication of the 25th conference of the Société de Linguistique Romane (Innsbruck 2007). The range of themes includes various areas of diachronous and synchronous Romance linguistics. Particular thought has been given to Romanian und several small Romance languages. The articles written in the Romance languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian) provide a panorama of current Romance linguistics, its present fields of interest and research orientation as well as the latest bibliographical information.
