Telematics and Computing

This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 9th International Congress on  Telematics and Computing, WITCOM 2020, held in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, in November 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held online. 

The 28 full papers and 3 short papers in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 79 submissions.
