In my others stories on problem solving and how to create innovations I introduced many skills to readers. Here are another set of skillshow to solve external and internal problems. That is: the 1st, I classify a problem by asking: what type of problem is it? There are 2 types of problems: external and internal.External problems (outside problems)are beyond my control.Internal problems (inside problems)are under my control.To visualize how and when to use this set of skills, in my story, as usually, I gave some real life examples of problems that readers are familiar and could relate to such problems.
