Beschreibung:
The introductory section of this Manual outlines the approach to abdominal imaging, with chapters dedicated to radiography and ultrasonography. The second section is devoted to imaging of the abdominal spaces and the common structures, including the vasculature and lymphatic system. The remainder of the Manual is given over to the individual body systems, including the stomach, the pancreas, and the kidneys and ureters. Each chapter details the normal radiographic anatomy and discusses the variations seen with disease. The use of contrast radiography and additional imaging modalities, such as ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, are also outlined where appropriate.
