Agriculture for Improved Nutrition

This book is a review of research findings, results from on-the-ground programmes and policy experiences over the past 10 years. It examines the direct and indirect effects of agriculture on nutrition, from biodiversity and crop fortification to programme evaluation and the impact of agricultural policies on consumers' choices and actions.

Agriculture's vast potential to improve nutrition is just beginning to be tapped.
