Mary Lou Maloney is a poet and former lobbyist for the Arc of Massachusetts, an organization that represents people who are developmentally delayed. She received her undergraduate degree from Regis College and her Master's Degree from Boston College. Maloney is a member of Poemworks: The Workshop for Publishing Poets, founded by her poetry teacher and mentor, Barbara Helfgott Hyett. Maloney's poems can be found in Third Wednesday.
