As a little girl, her parents did not believe her when she told them that after waking up, she saw the head of a male figure with dark red eyes and two horns coming out of its forehead. Later, she realized she had seen the face of the devil himself.
There were other times when she heard someone typing only to find no one at the typewriter. It became so commonplace that she eventually simply ignored it.
