Arkansas History

Arlen Jones, a retired veteran of the armed forces and a professional educator, earned a master of science in education degree from Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Recognized for outstanding and devoted service to students and as a teacher of the year, he and Joyce, his wife, have one daughter.
