Care, Duck and Weave is a book that was written with the aim of assisting people who are entering into a new career as a youth worker. Author Zoe Harvey possesses a lifetime of experience in this field, and through this book presents a vivid account of the enormous joys as well as the trials and tribulations of this rewarding career.

Zoe Harvey grew up in Melbourne but has lived in Queensland for the past 30 years where she raised two children. She continues to work as a youth worker and enjoys writing in her spare time. Care, Duck and Weave is her first book and it was inspired by the love she has for her work and the need so many children have for nurturing, stability, caring and assistance.
