2013 marks the 100th anniversary of our federal income tax enacted in 1913. This book is based on sound legal research, court records, compelling exhibits and actual litigation by the author. To understand Our Tax-Apocalypse, the reader will discover that the federal income tax collected today is NOT the federal income tax enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1913 or defined by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1916.
