The Organizational Psychology of Sport

Christopher R. D. Wagstaff is a Principal Lecturer and the Discipline Director for sport and exercise psychology at the University of Portsmouth, UK. He has been a consultant to a number of organizations operating in high pressure environments, both in sport and beyond.
