Tom Cheshire is married to his wife, Jan. They have two adult daughters and a son-in-law. Tom's passion for discipleship is born out of godly men investing in him to grow in Christ. Tom is also active in his church (Delta Church) as one of the Elders, with oversight of discipleship as one of his responsibilities. Tom has been an active member of the National Coalition of Men's Ministry (NCMM) since 2002, as well as one of the charter members of the national conference ministry, Iron Sharpens Iron.
