Whitney Rines lives in Minnesota with her husband, son and their pets: a cat named Nami, and a Ball python named Archie. She enjoys telling a good story as much as she loves reading one. She enjoys delving into Fantasy, Horror/Occult, Science-fiction, and especially mythology and the classics, as well as nonfiction from history, to biographies, book-length essays on different genres, and sciences. Along with everyday events, conversations, and the occasional oddball things, she's greatly inspired by mythology and folklore from world cultures. It influences her writing in several ways, from writing to the art style of her characters and setting.Whitney loves the weird and uncanny, it always makes for interesting twists and lets a story take unexpected turns for everyone, and that's a good thing.
