JAMES F. KRILE is the director of the Blandin Community Leadership Program (BCLP). Since 1985, over four thousand people have taken part in this program, which includes a five-day residential retreat and two follow-up workshops. In an independent evaluation of the program, John F. Jones, PhD, of the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work described BCLP “as a model for training anywhere in the world.”
