Margaret Nelson Agee is senior lecturer in counselor education in the School of Teaching, Learning, and Development in the Faculty of Education at the University of Auckland. Cabrini 'Ofa Makasiale is a psychotherapist and clinical/cultural advisor with Relationship Services in Auckland.
