Casebook on Tort Law

Kirsty Horsey is a Professor of Law at the University of Kent, and has taught tort law to undergraduate students across all years for over 20 years. Her research interests lie in the overlap of medical, family and tort law. She has written widely on the regulation of assisted reproduction and in particular surrogacy, was Senior Research Associate at London Women's Clinic from September 2021 - August 2023, and is the editor of a number of related edited collections. She is co-author (with Erika Rackley) of Casebook on Tort Law (17th edn, OUP, 2024) and ort Law (8th edn, OUP, 2023).
